    THE RENTAL PROJECTIONS

    The following description shows long term rental income that can be obtained from the various unit types available:

    • Smart pad: 500 to 525 GBP pcm
    • Studio: 550 to 600 GBP pcm
    • 1 bedroom apartment:  750 to 800 GBP pcm
    • 2 bedroom:  850 to 1500 GBP pcm

    Short term rentals in the immediate surrounding areas currently receive the following income for stays of between 2 to 6 nights. Prices exclude VAt of 17.5% and parking at a further 6GBP per night.

    • Studio apartments: 88GBP per night
    • 1 bedroom apartments: 99GBP per night
