  • Comparisons have been made with 12 villas / chalets currently for rent in the Sofia/ Borovets area, offering an average weekly rental of between 280 GBP and 435 GBP.
  • The minimum weekly rental price is 98 GBP and the maximum is 750 GBP

THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The Property Management and Letting Pack

The developer's marketing department will be able to handle most of the marketing and advertising:

They will be running various advertising campaigns and are aiming to team up with some of the leading local and international tour operators and travel agents promoting Bulgarian tourism. This ensures the highest possible occupancy of investor's property, giving the highest possible return on their investment

The comprehensive property management service, includes the above and:

  • Key handling
  • Payment of bills, taxes, etc
  • Advertising and placing tenants for rentals
  • Rental preparation: airing/heating of property, cleaning and laundry as required
  • General maintenance and repairs*
  • Meet and greet guests at the airport
  • Dealing with third party service providers such as electricity and water supply companies, security companies, etc

The annual fee for this service is 900 EUR*
* Please note that the actual costs of additional services/repair works is not covered by the management fee and will be charged seperately.
* The management company pays a fixed rental price per night to the property owner when the unit is rented out on a short term basis (1-29 nights) or they charge a commission of 50% of the first monthly rental when they find a long term tenant (29+ nights of stay)

Owners can use their property as much as they wish, provided that they have informed the management company in advance and that there are no tenants staying at their property.
