Having Trouble Keeping Track of Payment Plans?

Investors in off-plan property normally pay an initial reservation fee, followed by a deposit, then one or more additional payments at various stages of construction, prior to the final payment upon completion. Sometimes these staged payments are difficult to keep track of, particularly if you have a large and varied property portfolio and are not physically in the country concerned. Foreign currency exchange will also need to be ordered and transferred in time for payments and legal liaison will need to be done - we will ensure all these aspects are in place at the right time.

Through Investor Support, IPIN investors are always kept aware of what is required and when, thus paving the way for an organised and seamless purchase procedure.

Wondering About Construction Progress?

IPIN Investor Support will keep you updated on the construction of the specific development where you purchased by providing you with regular progress reports and photographic updates. In this way you can see progress every step of the way.
