At IPIN we made an early decision to keep membership FREE, although the level of service, research and quality of our investments are among the best available. The reason for this is that the more serious and active investors we have as members, the better the prices and terms are that we are able to negotiate.

IPIN also has a unique view on the product it offers to members: strict criteria need to be met before product is offered to members. Our dedicated product team thoroughly researches all potential investment products and only a select few become IPIN products. Due diligence is conducted by an independent lawyer, after which we create detailed online Investor Reports and IADs (Investment Analysis Documents).

Our IPIN portfolio advisors are all experienced in international property and have extensive training, resulting in a high level of knowledge on all IPIN products. In most cases, IPIN portfolio advisors will have visited the project locations first and be able to answer any questions you may have. Our advisors are actively told to refrain from any pressure sales techniques as we believe that the informed decision to invest should be made freely by members, after being fully furnished with comprehensive information and after any questions have been resolved.
