"I decided to reserve an appartment, which Andy managed to get me, what we think is a superb position. I recently went to visit my proposed purchase site in morocco, which Andy Welland organised for me. The trip was extremely worth while, with Andys hospitality and experience it was first class. He arranged for me to be met at the airport by a collegue, who took me to my hotel. I relaxed until the evening, when I met up with Andy and went out for a fantastic meal and a few drinks until the early hours. We were up at the crack of dawn and he took me over to Morocco. We had a great day and learnt alot about the area and proposed development. On the final day Andy got up early to take me back to the airport for my flight home. The whole process was very smooth with no problems whatsoever.
