The Australian property market is attracting investors due to its stable performance, with some areas showing some of the highest price rises in the world, it has been advised.

Knight Knox International owner Jeremy Knight noted that existing migration into Australia would ensure that the market remained strong for the foreseeable future.

Consequently no drops in revenue had been reported in recent times, he advised.

"It's an extremely stable, secure market. Some of the places like Perth and Sydney have shown some of the highest gains in the world," Mr Knight advised.

Mr Knight also noted that Adelaide was on the up as investors moved into the market, noting that it was due for strong growth levels in accordance with other areas.

"But actually, it's extremely pleasant. The homes there are extremely good value – £104,000 for a four bedroom detached house with a double garage – and that's proper freehold in a decent area," he commented.
