British Airways is not only serving the growing number of people travelling to Rio for work reasons, but it will also provide a valuable point of access for
the surge of new tourist arrivals to the country. Robert Boyle, commercial director of the airline, commented: "South America is a growing market for us as demand for business and leisure travel increases." The strength of investment property in Brazil is undeniable. The country’s economic growth is a major factor in the decisions made by many investors to buy real estate in Brazil.
The International Property Investment networks’s (IPIN) property investors in the north eastern Bahia and Rio Grande do Norte areas will be pleased with this new route, as it provides another option to reach their final destination: from Rio, investors and holidaymakers in the north east can easily pick up a short flight to Fortaleza, Porto Seguro and Joao Pessoa airports.
The new route will be playing its part in opening up Brazil to overseas visitors, greatly increasing potential for further tourism and foreign investment - all great news for today’s shrewd investors who are making the most of low property prices while such changes are still in the making.
Our International Property Investment Network professionals recommended projects are currently located in some of the most beautiful eco-resorts, all within highly lucrative emerging markets that are springing up on the country’s Atlantic shores.
