Multilingual in no less than seven languages, although Dutch by birth, Bernardo gained a BS in Hotel Management from Maastricht Hotel Management School, and proceeded to take this qualification into the corporate arena with the Starwood Group of Hotels & Resorts in New York. While in such a high profile location and with the cross over involved, he started to make many useful contacts within the property industry.

Bernardo returned to Europe in 2002 after four years in New York, and proceeded to make his mark in the thriving Real Estate market on the Costa del Sol in Spain.

Having worked in the Product Team for one of Spain’s largest property companies, Bernardo was able to use his growing knowledge of emerging markets and his language skills to establish himself as a leading figure within the industry.
