Sonho Verde Residence
The Sonho Verde Residence is a gated community with absolutely stunning views and quite exceptional urban and leisure infra-structure. As well as the Sonho Verde Beachside club, the residence will have a separate well equipped sports and leisure club within the community itself; an attached shopping and restaurant area; the availability of several convenient pay-per-use services; tennis and sports courts and many green spaces.

Sonho Verde Beachside
The magnificent Sonho Verde Beachside Club will provide private access to the famous Sonho Verde beach for the three developments that form part of this project.
Spread over an area of 1 hectare, the facilities will be first class, and with a capacity of up to 1,000 people, perfect for catering to large parties, weddings and other major events.
The club house will house a large restaurant, bar, dance floor and stage, mezzanine, men's and women's changing rooms and bathrooms as well as men's and women's saunas.

Villa Pricing & Terms
A typical 140m2 villa can be built with a good quality finish for around £77,000, including the cost of the land. Construction costs work out at around £475 per m2 if the developer's associated engineering company are used.
It is permissible to build a smaller villa. There are house specifications included in the sales contract: the house can't be under 100 square meters in area and can't be over two stories high, and there are some minimum easements to the sides, front and back, but other than that the buyer can build to his own specs.
Once complete, owners can benefit from a range of different on-demand services, which include maids, cooks, gardeners, pool cleaners, barbecue cooks, plumbers and electricians - everything you need to ensure that your time is spent relaxing!
