Sonho Verde Residence
The Sonho Verde Residence is a gated community with absolutely stunning views and quite exceptional urban and leisure infra-structure. Plot Pricing & Payment Terms
The remaining plots on this project start from as little as £9,180 for a 360m2 building plot with full planning permission. Following a 17% deposit, investors can elect to have the remainder of the price spread over 1, 2, 3 or 4 years, with payments made quarterly.
