Experts are positive on the outlook for real estate property in Brazil, research has found.

Ten leading experts gave their impressions on the Brazilian property in response to a survey conducted by the Latin Business Chronicle.

The positive outlook comes as Equity International said it has invested in three major real estate companies in the Brazil.

Advent International noted the country's increase in real estate credit, macroeconomic stability and gross domestic product growth in the sector.

"We view the outlook for the real estate sector in Brazil very positive as the key ingredients for success are present in the market," Morgan Stanley real estate investing Americas co-head Brian Carr commented.

The news comes as Americans are increasingly venturing overseas to buy properties in lower-cost markets such as Brazil, Morocco and Portugal, rather than owning real estate through the stock market, the Chicago Tribune reports.
