There is no stopping Propertyshowrooms.com in its quest for new projects and solid investment opportunities around the globe. The IPIN section of the site is constantly being expanded, with additions due to hit the website soon to include a new luxury investment section, as well as new Italian and Egyptian investment products.

Coming Soon…..

We are about to release a number of exciting new opportunities, giving rise to Investment Portfolio Guides and exciting new investment options. Some in particular to watch out for over the coming weeks on IPIN are….

  • Cape VerdeStand by for a major new project launch on Sal later this week
  • Australia – Port Douglas
  • Morocco – The eagerly anticipated second Kings Resort at Port Lixus (Highly Recommended!)
  • St Lucia – Bayview Villas
  • Italy - Calabria
  • Canada – Quebec
  • Malaysia – Banyun Curve (see below)

This week IPIN is also launching Banyun Curve, a spectacular new Water Chalet project just south of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Located a convenient 90km from Kuala Lumpur at the beautiful tourist resort of Port Dixon, Banyun Curve offers investors the following features:

  • Waterfront chalets and villas
  • Many units with private infinity pools overlooking the sea
  • Stunning luxury throughout, with novel glass floors in bedrooms to view beneath the water!
  • 7% Guaranteed Rental available to our investors over 13 years, due to a unique partnership with the Legends Hotel Group.
  • Prices from £89,855 for a 2 bedroom water chalet complete with furniture and private pool!

It is worth noting that Malaysia is a very investor friendly market, with few of the restrictions imposed on foreign nationals in other Far East countries. For example, all property is owned 100% freehold in Malaysia.

Kuala Lumpur is a major Far Eastern tourist hub for traveler’s en-route to Australia and other Eastern destinations. BA and Malaysian Airlines operate direct services daily, and Virgin is even in negotiation for one of Malaysia’s local carriers, which will allow them to offer low cost services in the very near future.

Look out for the new Banyun Curve Investor Report and an entire new Malaysia investment section that will shortly be added to the PropertyShowrooms.com website.

In the meantime, please contact an IPIN Portfolio Advisor for full information on Banyun Curve and details on all of our other exciting forthcoming projects.
