The magazine suggested that growth in tourism is helping to drive the economic development of the country by prompting the expansion of infrastructure and facilities, which in turn makes the lifestyle more attractive.
According to the publication, the expat base in Brazil is growing, which will mean that making friends is less likely to be a difficult thing to do.
It also noted that the country is growing strongly, citing heavy investment by Ford and Volkswagen as an example of this.
Head of research at Property Frontiers Christopher Chadd recently described Brazil as a country "that can do no wrong" just now.
He said buyers can benefit from factors such as economic growth, housing shortages and the emergence of a large middle class.
