Brazil 'offers investment opportunities'

Brazil has been described as market which offers significant investment potential to overseas property buyers.

According to Amberlamb, the country's population is currently growing in wealth as the economy is continuing to expand.

This is leading to new demand for high-quality properties in various regions, which the organisation believes could create opportunities for foreign investors.

Amberlamb commented: "Buyers who buy in now could well ride this wave of success.

"This all bodes well for the long term stabilisation and affluence of the nation."

The group added that government in Brazil has been very astute in implementing policies designed to maximise and stabilise its economy.

While it conceded that the country's status as an emerging market would present some degree of risk, it said this is one of the factors which is making it "very exciting" for overseas property buyers.

According to Jet-to-Let magazine, Brazil is currently of the top ten investment hotspots among British buyers.
