The cheaper living costs of Brazil compared to the UK make it an attractive destination for those wanting to move abroad, it has been argued.
According to Romasa Storey, who has written a book on the subject of living and working in Brazil, the South American country offers a variety of attractions as well as a "thriving economy and political stability" - two factors that may be of interest to property investors considering making a purchase in the country.
"It is very cheap compared to the UK and it isn't as expensive as it once was to fly to Brazil," she explained, adding that an increased number of connections being offered by airlines makes the country "far more accessible" than it has been in the past.
Property expert Paul Collins recently stated that the Brazilian government is stepping up its drive to get foreign property buyers to invest in the country by making the development process "more and more streamlined".
