Bulgaria's property market is showing steady signs of growth as investors continue to set their sights on fresh opportunities in emerging regions of the country.
Experts at Property-abroad.com state that while the market is not quite as lucrative as it has been in the past, it is still increasing in value, suggesting that investors can still take advantage of positive growth trends in the market over the coming years.
Les Calvert, Property-abroad.com group director, predicts ongoing growth in the future.
"It is not as lucrative as it was in the early stages but the market is still increasing," he explained.
"I would say that the people who got in at the very beginning are the wise investors."
BuyAssociation speculates that while traditional favourites such as France and Spain remain popular among UK investors, emerging markets such as Bulgaria are showing strong signs of growth, fuelled by fresh interest from buyers looking for a new home in retirement.
