The shower room / bathroom is large & fully equipped with full size washbasin, with shelved storage unit underneath. There are towel hooks & rings fitted and a mirrored vanity unit.
There is a shower cabin with anti slip mat & the toilet with push button flush.
The boiler is also stored behind the door on the wall
The terrace / balcony
The large full width terrace/balcony is the best part of the apartment giving fantastic views both day & night from the 4th floor (out of 5)
It faces south/ south west giving wonderful panoramic sea views and sunsets of the bay of Nessebar and the new marina at St Vlas.
The terrace is 8 meters long, being narrow at one end and wider for outside dining table and 6 chairs at the other.
The best part about the terrace is the double access doors from the bedroom & the living room.
