A massive three-storeyed monolithic house, built in broken up style. The building has an area of 120 sq.m. The first floor is occupied by an entrance-hall, and also completely furnished living-room, kitchen, bathroom and a toilet. There is terracotta flooring on the first storey. There is also a door, in the second floor, leading to an outside garden. One of the bedrooms is connected to a huge balcony. Both the second and the third storeys have parquet flooring. The house has a basement and an attic and the whole building is heated through firewood and electricity.
The village is located in the central part of Bulgaria, at the foot of Balkan Mountains, in 4 km from Kazanlak, also called the town of roses. The village is situated betwen two main thoroughfares, Sofia-Bourgas, and Sofia-Varna.The distance to Sofia airport is 190 km, and to airport Bourgas is also 190 km. The exposure of the building reveals beautiful panoramic views to the Balkan Mountains. The area of the yard is 130 sq.m. There are garage and a large yard on the north site, and a fountain in front of the house. Two huge cherry-trees stand to the south of the house, and a broad grape vine in the yard. The building is located near the village centre. There are permanent residents on the both neighboring sides of the house. There are some groceries in the village, and a hotel complex, called Sveti Georgi, built as Bulgarian reviving house with an yard and a small swimming pool. There are also post station, public health station, medical consulting room and two authentic Bulgarian churches.
Climate in the region is characterized by open winter, temperate and mild summer, and chilly autumn. The village is especially attractive through wide and clean streets, and a beautiful square with a clock tower. One of the interseting places, for visit is the famous church Sveta Paraskeva, considered the oldest in the region. There are also discovered church foundations pertaining to the early Christian period. There is another church Sveta Petka, which is completely overhauled. A breeding-pool, restaurant and a nice hotel, called Pusturvata, are situated at the foot of the village, where passes the river of Enina village. There are some archaeological discoveries in the north site of the village. The first,Svetitzata, where a golden mask was found, is a hypothetical tomb of Teres. The next one is the tomb of Sevt III, called Goliamata kosmatka, and it is the biggest tumulus in the region. Another tumulus and attached bungalow are situated from the right site of the tomb. The ecologically clean district is full of many pictorial places.
