It has two storeys the first floor consists of a big living-room, about 22 sq.m., the two walls are stone, the floor is wooden. The yard covers an area of about 1000 sq.m., it is fenced with stone and wood and includes the house, as well as a garage with an area of about 15 sq.m. and 3-5 parking places, a storehouse for wood, a barbecue recess made of authentic ancient materials and many fruit trees apple-trees, plum-trees, pear-trees. The house is situated on three corners, on the main road and gives a wonderful view of the northern slopes of the Balkan. It has electricity, water supply, an opportunity for telephone and mobile signal.
THE VILLAGE AND THE REGION
Mikre village is located in central northern Bulgaria, 22 km away from Lovech. It is situated 120 km away from airport Sofia, and 335 km away from airport Bourgas. The village is on the northern ridge of the Balkan. The nature is extremely generous to this region, where the Balkan and the Danube Plain meet. Here are located 8 reserves and protected areas. In the area lies the biggest part of the enormous National park Central Balkan, and the reserves Steneto, Boatin 1080 Tsarichina are protected by UNESCO. In them can be seen more than 30 plants and about 120 birds and mammals, which are protected by the law. The region is famous for its caves. All this together with the elite reserves Byalka and Mermaid, which give the opportunity for mountain and hunting tourism. Among the 684 monuments of culture are the Troyan and Glojenski monastery. The rivers Iskar, Vit, and Osam together with the big dam lakes Sopot, Krapets and Alexandrovo are not only wonderful places for rest, but also memorable places for fishing outings. The fascination of the mountain can be felt when one visits the 10 rest-houses like Ambaritsa, Pleven, Vejen, Kozya stena, Vasiliov and so on. In Shipkovo, Chiflik and Krushina, as well as in the mountain resorts Ribaritsa, Cherni Osam, Apriltsi and Beklemeto, there are mineral springs for health recovery. Eco- track: Slavyani- Kailuka, Pleven. In Mikre village there are a few grocers shops, cafes and restaurants, a library club, a post office, a church, a health center, cable television and so on.
