Apartment/Flat Description
This nine storey four star aparthotel is located in the famous Riviera resort. It is luxury and modern apartment block just 250 meters away from the beach. The complex enjoys stunning panoramic views across the bay, the green park and the forest.
It has 134 apartments, sized 40sq.m to 120 sq.m.
The restaurant 120 seats is situated on the ground floor, where also a modern SPA center, fitness, and conference hall.
The hotel benefits from outside swimming pool with bar, lobby bar with 60 seats, shop, exchange office and underground parking for up to 80 parking places.
For sale are fully furnished studios and apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms. All have internet access, telephone landline, cable TV, a minibar, tooled cookhouses, balconies, an individual air - conditioner, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet as well.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY LIST
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
2 000 Euro reservation fee due and payable upon signining a preliminary contract
The rest to the balance due and payable upon transferring the wonershio and signing Notary Deed
MANAGEMNT FEES:
10,5 Euro per sq.m annual fee
This fee covers the following services: mainatance of the common parts of the building, the swimming pool, paths, patios, parking, corridors, elevators, staircases, 247 security, all described in details in Management Contract.
Fees for cleaning of the each apartment unit and the laundry fee are due to separate Services Agreement.
The management of the units in regards to letting them out to tourists is provided by leading management company and object to separate contract. The owner of the apartment unit receives 80 of the income on the nights. The price per person per night may vary on the conditions and terms of different touroperators. The management company covers the resort tax and the insurance of the tourists, the owner of the apartment covers electricity and water fees.
Each apartment has its own electricity and water meter, boiler, air-conditioners in the living room and in the bedroom, cable TV, separate landline and internet.
The prices for the apartments quoted include fully equipped bathroom and kitchen with appliances.
Further furniture packages are available at 2000 Euro for studio, 3000 Euro for one bed apartment and 4000 Euro for two bed apartments. These packages are optional by request.
Riviera resort, Golden Sands
Located in a picturesque and environmentally-clean bay in the Northern part of the Black Sea coast, only 18 km separate Riviera resort from Varna. Varna airport is just on 15 minutes drive. Riviera resort is a part of the broad Golden Sands resort. It is one of the best developed and well known parts of the Black Sea coast line. Riviera benefits by its vicinity to all tourist attractions in Varna and Golden Sands and in the same time is part of a quiet national park. It is located in Golden Sands Nature Park, 277m above sea level on an area of over 1320 hectares. It was declared a protected territory in 1943. Golden Sands tourist complex covers a territory of 177.13 hectares. Thus the larger part of the park is preserved in its natural state, untouched by human hand. The proximity of the sea, the mild climate and the sea breeze have influenced strongly the flora and fauna in the park which is why it differs greatly from the other national parks. The thick deciduous forest with entwined creeping plants in places gently descends to the seacoast.
Among this magnificent greenery nestle 69 hotels, 14 of which 4-star, and most of the rest 3-star. There are many eating, sports and entertainment facilities, not only along the beach but also in the beautiful woods. The golden beach starts right in the foot of the forest. The resort also boasts a number of healing mineral springs.
