The garden is suitable for planting of flowers and making of small gazebo for coffee or tea break enjoying tha breathtaking landscape.

Location

The fantastic location is the biggest advantage of this stone property. It is situated 28 km away from Pamporovo - world famous winter resort and 20 km away from The Rojen Peak, one of the most famous peaks on the Balkan Peninsular. The ski - centre in Momchilovci is 12 km away and the municipal town of Smolian is just 30 km away. The region is clean and attracts thousands of tourists each year. It is suitable for investment because of the close proximity to the village of Banite, another very famous resort known for its mineral streams and pools. The region is very well - developed, offering good communications and regular transport to the everywhere.
