This nice house is situated in the centre of a quiet village just 12 km away from the well developing town of Karnobat and 65 km from the regional centre sea city of Bourgas with a big port and an international airport available. The first information for Karnobat was written in 1153 and included in The Geography by Al Idrisi - an Arabian traveller and scientist. The historical sources show that since the 19th century up to present days the town has always been an administrative, economic and commercial centre with a traditional yearly fair. There is magnificent landscape all around the village where this property is. We sincerely recommend purchase because of the excellent location– it is in the countryside, where you can enjoy the fresh air and the tranquility, and it is near to a big town at the same time. There is a mountain and a river near to the village and it is in fishing and hunting area. There are cafes, a park, a post-office, and petrol stations in and near the village. It is near the highway Karnobat – Bourgas which gives a very quick access to the Southern Black seaside and facilitates the communications.
