This property is situated in the centre of a wonderful village of historical value located only 5 km away from the picturesque town of Isperih. In 1982 a 3rd-century BC Thracian tomb is discovered near the village, reflecting the fundamental structural principles of Thracian cult buildings. The tomb has a unique architectural decor, with polychrome half-human, half-plant caryatids and painted murals. The 10 female figures carved in high relief on the walls of the central chamber and the decoration of the lunette in its vault are the only examples of this type found so far in the Thracian lands.
All this makes the village an attractive place for a great number of tourists, which on its turn has contributed to the development of the village that now has a lot of shops, cafes, a school, a post office, a hotel, etc. The surrounding nature is breathtakingly beautiful, with forests near the tomb.
The property we offer is a nice brick house built in 1952, which is not occupied at the moment. It has one floor where four rooms are situated, making a living area of 80 sq. m, and a cellar of 30 sq. m. The walls are plastered and the joinery is wooden. The property is connected to the electric and water mains, it has sewage and a phone line can be easily connected.
