We are glad to present this nice house located in the lovely town of Isperih. The town and the area attract with tranquility, beautiful nature and rich historic and cultural heritage. On the territory of Isperih municipality are preserved a number of ancient archaeological monuments from hoary antiquity. In 1982, near the village of Sveshtary was discovered a Kings Thracian Tomb from IV century BC, which is one of the nine cultural monuments of Bulgaria under the protection of UNESCO. It was opened for the public in the year 2000. Close to it is the Moslem religious centre Demir Baba Teke, a place of pilligrimage.
In 1985, the historical and archaeological reserve Sborianovo was established, which includes the Kings Thracian Tomb and a number of tombs, Demir Baba Teke as well as the ancient Thracian town - the capital of the Getae state.
The rich cultural heritage, as well as the 24 Chitalishta (a specific form of traditional Bulgarian Community Centres) are the basis of the cultural life in the municipality.
This one-storey house, built in 1940, is located very close to the centre of the town. The house of 80 sq. m living area is set within a large 2000 sq. m yard which faces two asphalt streets. It needs certain repairs as it is neglected for nobody lives there, but it benefits from a good location in a friendly neighbourhood.
The rooms have wooden floors, wallpapered walls and wooden joinery. The toilet is located inside. There is also a cellar of 15 sq. m. Electric and water mains are available inside and outside, as well as sewage and a phone line.
