Its auspicious climate and geographical position have promoted the progressive development of the city of Plovdiv throughout all historical ups and downs. Plovdiv is situated only 42 km away from the property.
It is a nice one-storey house of 55 sq. m, offering four rooms and corridor. It needs certain repairs. The yard is huge - 2000 sq. m and there is a well on it. We recommend purchase because of the low price and good location!
