The village is advantageously positioned only 16 km away from the town of Polski Trambesh and some 50 km from Veliko Tarnovo, the medieval capital of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom, which is still a thriving city with specific fascinating sights and a most romantic location for its houses are as if bound to the rocks by wild lilac and vines, forming picturesque reefs veined by steps and narrow streets. Some 66 km further to the north is the town of Ruse.
This village has a great location and it can be the starting point for short or longer trips to the Balkan Mountains, the Danube River and further to Romania, or the seaside as the distance is about 250 km. The village is surrounded by woods and there is a nice dam only 5 km away.
An asphalt road leads to the property which is only 250 m away from the centre of the village, close to a basin with mineral water. All houses in the neighbourhood are permanently occupied.
This is a nice two-storey house that has a built-up area of about 60 sq. m. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom, living room, cellar and one bedroom, while the upper floor, approachable through an external staircase, is occupied by two bedrooms, an entrance-hall and a terrace.
