The town of Shumen is an administrative center of the district and the distance to its facilities is 38 km. The distance from the village to the main road is less than 2 km. The village where the houses are situated is supplied with all facilities you need - electricity, water, 2 shops, bus station and it is covered by the biggest national phone operators - M-tel and Globul. It is easy to install a cable TV with more than 80 local and international channels and the developer has envisaged in the near future to install an internet connection covering the entire village.
