The village of General Kantardjievo is located on 1,5km and has around 500 citizens. In the village you can find restaurants, pubs and mini markets. Twice a day there is bus to Varna city and back. In the area of the village there is space where you can go for a picnic with your family. Our experience of building in Bulgaria and Cyprus taught us how to make our homes from high quality materials, and our houses to be warm in the winters, and cool at the summers. Sixty centimeters of the walls of the houses will be covered with stone facing. Because of harmonizing with environment, the houses will be covered with roof-tiles. Garden furniture: garden cafe table with 6 chairs, 4 garden chaise- lounges, big garden umbrella, 2 cubic meters wood for barbeque. B) Outside awning 25 square meters for covering of the veranda and the barbeque. C) Outside awning, 15 square meters for covering of the outside veranda. D) Tent to cover the garage – 25 square meters. E) Swimming pool 32 square meters..
