The village is a medium size one with approximately 1000 people living there. The people are very friendly and helpful. There are about 15 other English speaking people that already own properties in the village. There are the municipality, three shops, school and medical center. The big cities around provide all necessary amenities - big shopping centers, hospitals, theaters, cinemas etc. Roads are good and accessible all year round. It takes 5 - 10 minutes to get to the nearest big cities and an hour drive to the sea coast. There are buses on every hour towards Razgrad and Popovo.
