The village is a medium size one with approximately 1000 people living there. The people are very friendly and helpful. There are about 20 other English speaking people that already own properties in the village and two or three of them are living permanently there.There are the municipality, two shops, school and medical center. Two miles from the village is Tzar Kaloyan - nearest town with shops, police and other amenities.
Well maintained house situated in a nice village only an hour and a half drive from Varna airport and the sea coast. The village is well organized and presentable with all major amenities: food supply, pub, restaurant, church, nursery school. More than 30 foreign investors have bought properties in the village already.
The property is in the central part of the village.
