The housing complex “RENAISSANCE” is built on a terrain with an area of 3200 m2, in the village of Tsarichino, within a short distance of 5 km from the town of Balchik. The complex consists of 7 self-contained two-storeyed houses and is situated in the South-West part of the village. The houses are situated in best position in the plots and form together with the surrounding areas self-contained parcels with surface between 400 and 500 m2. The approach to the parcels is from the adjacent street, which abuts on the North-West side of the terrain. There are two types of houses – A and B, consisted of two living floors, with full southern exposure, a terrace to the inner yard, an open-air barbeque and a car shelter, attached to the northern wall of the house. An additional decorative planting of the outdoor area, as well as (according to the wishes of the customer): a swimming-pool, a playground and a nook for rest and entertainment. The houses have the following structure: the group "day" is on the first floor with an entrance hall, a WC, a kitchen, a dining - room and a living - room with a fireplace. A small store - room (closet) is provided only for house type A. The kitchen, the dining - room and the living - room are merged in an open space in the northern part of the house, where an open staircase to the upper floor is arranged. The group "nigh\" is on the second floor, including entrance hall, three bedrooms and a bathroom with a WC. There is a separate bathroom to one of the bedrooms (only for house type A). All the bedrooms have access to one of the two big terraces. The houses will have the best possible heating technology solution, as the best heat-insulating materials will be used. All facade plasters are on silicone base, while the roof covering is with high-quality ceramic tiles. The houses will have air - conditioning, security equipment, Internet and TV network, as well as telephone installation. The exterior of the houses carries the spirit of the Bulgarian renaissance traditions with stone facing on the first floor and many wooden decorative elements: columns, brackets, railings, roof - hoods, etc. The picturesque Dobrudzha village is situated 5 km north of the town of Balchik, about 40 km far from Varna and about 500 km from the capital city of Sofia. The international airport Varna is within a distance of 20 minutes and can easily be reached by a direct road. Thanks to its beautiful nature and marvellous climate, that is characteristic because of the lack of great heat in summer and practically without negative temperatures in winter, in the last years the place has become a very popular destination for the tourists from Great Britain and the Scandinavian countries. The nearby village of Sokolovo is known for the great number of Englishmen who have bought property there and is popular among the local inhabitants as "The English village". Some of the pensioner couples live there all year round in their entirely renovated old houses. The ancient “White” town of Balchik is famous not only for its long and eventful history, botanical gardens and port, but also for the curative properties of the mud in the Baths centre "Balchishka Tuzla". ?he famous Bulgarian seaside resorts Albena and Golden Sands are situated within a short distance from Tsarichino – respectively 12 km and 25 km. Their wonderful beaches and numerous hotel, sports and leisure complexes are highly attractive for the West and Central European tourists in summer, as well as in winter. The rock festivals that take place each year in the nearby town of Kavarna are another attraction for the Bulgarian and foreign tourists. Among the guests last summer were Deep Purple, Scorpions and other world-famous performers. Three of the five new golf courses in Bulgaria are being built close by the Black Sea towns of Kavarna and Balchik (respectively 15 and 5 km far from Tsarichino). The golf link "Light House", which is very close to Balchik, has been designed by Yan Usnam. The complex "Black Sea Rama" will be situated also near the White town. The third golf course "Trakiiski skali” (“Thracian rocks”) is being built close by Kavarna.
