This advantageous property is situated in the outskirts of a calm village just 13 km away from the scenic town of Razgrad which is the district centre town situated on the Loudogorie plateau on either bank of the Beli Lom River. It is 375 km northeast of the capital Sofia, 66 km south-east of Danube town Rousse and 49 km north-west of another major and beautiful town – Shoumen and the historical remnants of the old Bulgarian kingdoms in that district. Being located on the crossroad of many historically important routes, Razgrad is the successor of the Roman settlement called Abritus (its ruins are situated near the town), the latter being established at the place of a Thracian settlement with an unknown name. The town gradually grew into a craft centre and a traditional craft is rearing silkworms. For the last decades Razgrad has developed as a centre of pharmaceutical industry in Bulgaria and has become an attractive town for investments. The village itself is in proximity to a hunting reserve and this makes the properties in the area even more desirable for the fans of hunting or even just for having relaxing trips in the beautiful nature.
