This plot of agricultural land is set on the outskirts of the beautiful town Chepelare, which is a popular ski centre in Bulgaria located 1200 meters above sea level in the majestic Rhodope Mountains in the southern part of the country. The picturesque Chepelare River flows through the town to give it a special atmosphere. Chepelare boasts having excellent skiing facilities and is very friendly towards both children and beginner skiers providing them with an easy ski slope right in the town centre. The nature surrounding it – venerable fir trees, crystal clear mountain springs, and lush green meadows in spring and deep snow slopes in winter makes it the ideal place for complete relaxation. The longest ski run in Bulgaria is in Chepelare. The skiing infrastructure is basic, but very well maintained: a 2-chair lift with total length of 2471 m and capacity of 700 persons reaches the top of the mountain at Mechi Chal Peak (Bear mountain, 1873 m) for just 17 minutes. A few smaller drag/towrope lifts are also in at the disposal of skiers. The ski runs are open from December usually through to April depending on the snow cover. The Pamporovo resort is just 10 kilometers away.
The size of this land plot is 1704sq.m and it’s big enough for one or more houses to be built. The plot is soon to be entered into the regulated zone and it is very close to existing electric and water mains. It lies near a river on a southern slope.
