Located between the 5 star Melia Tortuga Beach Resort & Spa and the Melia 5 Star Dunas Beach Resort & Spa, Llana Beach hotel will be the most luxurious development in Cape Verde. Every hotel suite will be finished to luxury 5 star 'plus' quality using the finest quality materials and best of brand name products. The hotel suites are set in wonderfully landscaped communal areas which have a range of designer pools, pool bars and outdoor ‘wellness’ centres. The hotel will be operated by Sol Melia, which is the largest hotel operator in the world, and will deliver unparalleled service to guests.

Investors can expect between 50% - 90% occupancy rates in the hotel and the suites will yield between 6% - 15%.
