Located between the 5 star Melia Tortuga Beach Resort & Spa and the Melia 5 Star Dunas Beach Resort & Spa, Llana Beach hotel will be the most luxurious development in Cape Verde. Fronted by a spectacular white sandy beach and turquoise colour waters, Llana Beach Hotel has the perfect setting for a great investment opprtunity.
Every hotel suite will be finished to luxury 5 star 'plus' quality using the finest materials and best of brand name products. The hotel suites are set in wonderfully landscaped communal areas which have a range of designer pools, pool bars and outdoor ‘wellness’ centres. The hotel will have separate adult and family entrances and will offer all the facilities expected of a 5 star 'plus' hotel including; a casino, stylish restaurants, theatre, luxury bars, spa, gymnasium, nightclub, shopping facilities and water sports area.
A number of different hotel suites are available such as duplex suites and deluxe suites. Llana Beach Hotel will also consist of a smaller number of Premium suites called ‘The Level Suites’, which will occupy the prime locations and command a ‘Royal Service’ including welcome gifts, VIP check-in and an exclusive VIP bar.
These hotel suites vary in size and design and come with a range of additional facilities such as a swim up pool, Jacuzzi pools and/or internal Jaccuzzi baths and Bali Beds (location pending).
The hotel will be operated by Sol Melia, which is the largest hotel operator in the world, and will deliver unparalleled service to guests.
Investors can expect between 50% - 90% occupancy rates in the hotel and the suites will yield between 6% - 15%. Llana Beach Hotel is well situated to benefit from long-term capital growth as the booming tourism industry is bringing in an increasing demand for high quality properties.
