According to Property Wire, the west African archipelago is currently benefiting from ongoing infrastructure improvements.

For example, a new international airport and ring road are now operating in the capital city Praia.

However, the website said Cape Verde has so far managed to avoid becoming overdeveloped, and remains a pleasant and unspoiled location.

This has prompted Property Wire to describe the country as a "goldmine" for investors, as it offers lifestyle attractions and a growing market.

Cape Verde was recently praised by a property expert for offering strong investment potential.
