China’s Gemdale 2008 property sales volume up 1.65%

Shenzhen-based Gemdale said it sold 1.099 million square meters of property in 2008, up 1.65% from a year earlier. The value of the sales rose 17.01% year-on-year to RMB11.403 billion, the company said in a statement filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
