This is one of the last places in Istria where urban renewal is just beginning and consequently represents a good medium term investment at today's prices, as when it is fully restored, prices will be much higher. There are shops, bars, restaurants and a post office within walking distance, as is the marina.

Administratively, it comes under the well known resort of Porec, with its world famous UNESCO protected Euphrasian Basilica, numerous restaurants, bars, banks and night clubs.

Access is easy from either Pula (Ryanair during the summer as well as Norwegian Air Shuttle, Tuifly, Thomson and Russian charter flights) and Trieste (Ryanair)which is open all year round. Both of them are around an hour away.
