A property developer in Cyprus has launched its latest residential offering in London.
Pafilia is showcasing homes at its new Monthis Hills development, having already put on displays in Croydon and Maida Vale over the weekend.
This week it is to display the prospect at the Andaz Liverpool Street Hotel (tomorrow) and at the Baglioni Hotel in Kensington on Wednesday June 3rd.
Investors keen on buying investment property in Cyprus may wish to check out one of the presentations, either to investigate this specific development or to find out more about buying in the country in general.
The firm's UK and Ireland area manager Demetris Prodromou said: "Property in Cyprus has become an even more attractive proposition with the current crisis around the world."
He added: "People are looking for more secure alternatives and bricks and mortar are obviously an attractive proposition."
Last week another developer, A E & ML, revealed that it had also launched a new project on the island.
This consists of three-bedroom homes five minutes walk away from the beach between Cape Greco and Paralimni in the area of Fig Tree bay, with prices starting at EUR350,000 (GBP303,000), the London Daily News reported.
