To the rear of the property there is a 10m x 4m one level private pool with Roman steps and tiled surround and a solar heated shower. There are Syrian stone balustrades defining the rear boundary. To the one side there is a stoned garden with palm trees and shrubs that leads back round to the front of the property where there is a water feature. To the side there are two lourve door brick built integral store rooms and a pump house. There is also two outside tap, power supply and irrigation system.
