Neo Chorio
The traditional village of Neo Chorio is one of the most sought after locations in Cyprus. This attractive village is elevated with excellent views of the whole Chrysochous bay and has a very traditional Cypriot style with picturesque, narrow streets, traditional stone houses and orthodox churches. Local amenities include post office, shops, art gallery and several excellent tavernas and coffee shop. The area boasts the largest concentration of rare endemic plants on the island, while the sandy beaches on the western coast of the Akamas are important breeding grounds for green and loggerhead turtles.
