Mainproperties was established in 2007 by Paulo Chaves, a former Board Director of Vale do Lobo, with over 35 years experience of Real Estate in the area, and Orlando Candeias, one of the most well respected developers in the Golden Triangle and owner of Urbicandeias Construções Lda.
