PITCHER & FLACCOMIO We are located on-site, in the historic centre of Florence. We are native English speakers and fluent in Italian, as we are all long-time local residents. We are licensed Italian real estate agents for renting, buying and selling, and so are accountable. We have first hand knowledge of the properties and their locations. Our principle aim when presenting each property is to show and say it exactly as it is. The photos may not be the fanciest, and the descriptions not the longest, but what you get is our honest evaluation of each property. The point is to find the right property to fit your needs. A brief introduction to all of us at Pitcher & Flaccomio: SUZANNE PITCHER I am Australian and have had the privilege of living in Florence since I married an Italian in 1971. I started this real estate agency nearly twenty years ago and incorporated my son into it in 2000. I have taken to heart the wise advice of Signora Wanda Ferragamo who once told me, visiting one of her beautiful properties, “ Suzanne….I have the best shoes in the world, and I give the best service that’s why I’m so successful…do the same for your customers and you’ll have the best real estate agency”   CORSO FLACCOMIO I am half-Italian and half-Australian; consequently my life has been divided between two countries and two cultures. I was educated in Florence and have a degree in geology. My thesis examined Tuscan land formations, which I find most helpful in my current position. Five years ago I earned my real estate license specialising in all aspects of buying and selling property in Italy. I will be your point of reference when you contact us to purchase your dream home in Italy.   SANDRA NOLAN I am an American married to an Italian and we have two children. I’ve lived in Italy for almost twenty years. I’ve been here as a tourist and as a long-term resident, and can offer you the benefit of both my experiences. I manage all the rental bookings as well as assisting you throughout your stay.   LORI HETHERINGTON I am American and I came to Florence in 1986. I have a son who is attending an Italian elementary school here in Florence. I have worked as a translator for the past 12 years, and continue in this capacity for our English speaking clients as needed. I handle the property management service at Pitcher & Flaccomio, and I look forward to taking care of the properties of absentee owners, and securing their interests while they are away.
