Egypt recommended to winter sunseekers

Aspiring property investors have been advised to enter the Egyptian market in order to enjoy sunny weather over winter.

UK newspaper the Telegraph said that the country offered sunshine and warm temperatures all year round, making it ideal for people hoping to get away over the holiday season at the end of the year.

In addition, it was described as a good investment opportunity because the government was aiming to increase the number of visitors to the country.

The publication stated that it was aiming to achieve this by building more accommodation and attracting overseas property investors.

Cape Verde was also recommended as a possible destination for winter sunseekers, as it also has a good climate for 12 months of the year.

Earlier this week, GEM Estates said the islands, which are located off the west African coast, had an average annual temperature of 25 degrees Celsius.
