A new residential property development has been announced for Egypt.
Dubai-based Hamptons International has revealed that it is to partner with Egyptian developer Kimidar Group to act as the agent for the new resort that the latter firm is constructing on the Red Sea coast.
Hamptons will launch the Golden Park Resort & Spa in Hurghada at a roadshow in Egypt to be held next month, something that may interest those wanting to buy property in the country.
The Red Sea Riviera resort is partly finished, with 40 per cent of it yet to be completed.
Managing director for Hamptons International in the Middle East Nasser Abdul Rahman Rafi said of the development: "With the resort already being 60 per cent complete, it represents a secure investment in an off-plan environment."
A popular destination for swimming and snorkelling, Hurghada enjoys a very dry climate with very low levels of rainfall.
