Completion Dates.....
Currently, only Phases A and B have been released for sale. These are due for completion Mid-2012 with the very first few apartments expected by the end of this summer. All the resort facilities including the first swimming pools, clubhouse and spa will be open by mid 2012.
Payment Plan.....
Two different payment plans are available for Veranda:
Option A:
10% reservation fee (fully refundable).
15% upon signing contract.
75% in 12 equal installments paid quarterly over 3 years.
Option B:
GBP 2,000 reservation fee (fully refundable).
25% upon signing contract (less the reservation fee).
25% six months after signature of contract.
50% upon completion (in 3 years).
