Payment Schedule
* Reservation fee of LE10,000 (just under GBP1000) fully refundable within seven days (cooling-off period).
* 35% upon contract
* 65% in quarterly installments over a period of 9 months (3 post-dated cheques) for Phase One apartments.
* 65% in quarterly installments over a period of 18 months (6 post-dated cheques) for Phase Two apartments.
