At present the property is used for warehousing, oil storage and administration and comprises 3 seperately registered immovables with 13 buildings.
The object is part of an advanced larger plan to change the harbor and surrounding area from its present industrial use to a mixed urban use facilitating light business, residential and recreational use.
The plan foresees in the construction of living and working spaces as well as a pleasure boat harbor, kindergartens, a hotel, an artificial island, wide pedestrian walkways, a promenade and many green areas.
