The feed needs to contain ALL listings that you wish to be displayed on our website. Submitting a feed with only new or additional listings will result in only those listings being displayed. The feed also needs to be ‘well formed’. To check if the xml is well formed you need to run it through a validator or parser. If you are using a Propertyshowrooms.com format then you can validate your feed using our online validator.

Submitting your xml feed

Propertyshowrooms.com can retrieve your feed from an http:// url or ftp address. Once you have set this up you can submit your feed for analysis using our feed submission form. Our listings team will contact you within 24 hours to advise (if necessary) on any technical changes that need to be made or to notify you that your feed has valid you will then be contacted by our agents department.
