| Mortgages and Financial Matters.
If you're a cash buyer you tend to get a preferential deal in Turkey, but when it comes to financing a property purchase you can arrange mortgages locally from the likes of /www.hsbc.com.tr/English/RetailBanking/Loans/Mortgage.asp.or you can arrange finance in your local country or refinance your domestic property and use the funds to buy properties in Turkey. Some off plan developments allow you to make stage payments, some developers offer their own mortgages for their properties but watch those interest rates!!!
Please do not buy from bars restaraunts cafes etc etc..
